Problems 1: Noise
Soultions:
(1) Check whether the patch fitting screw is tightened or tightness with the floor spring spindle.
(2) Check whether the bearing on the upper clamp has fallen off
(3) Noise will also occur if the spindle head of the spring shaft is not clamped
Problems 2: Speed adjustable function disappeared
Solutions:
(1) A segment return, no pause in the middle without buffer, direct return.
(2) Check whether the two speed regulating valves are in the same position, the two sections of the speed regulating valve are screwed to the tightest, and then a section of a speed slowly loose.
(3) The door is too heavy or the pull rod is too hard to open the door, the actual width of the installation exceeds the applicable door width of the ground spring.Because the spring force distance can not reach the due width, two or three months after installation will not be able to buffer the phenomenon.
Problems 3: To be unable to move in one place
Solutions:
(1) First loosen the speed screw, speed up, if the implementation is still not back, you need to replace the spring.
Problems 4: Floor spring spindle automatic rising
Solutions:
(1) The center shaft of the floor spring is not clamped or clamped into the bearing position.
Problems 5: The left and right doors are not at the same level when closed
Solutions:
(1) Check whether there is a gap between the square hole of the patch fittings and the center spindle of the ground spring.
(2) Whether the fixing screws of the floor spring or patch fittings are loose.
(3) Whether the installation position of floor spring is straight.
(4)The door is too wide
